Boeing Distribution Inc. (BDI) is seeking Experienced Business Operations Specialists (Level 3) to join the Parts, Distribution Services (P&DS) and Supply Chain Enablement team within the Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization. In this role, the focus will be on the development and deployment of the identified Portfolio Managers Projects that supports our BGS Strategy, Long-Range Business Planning and the Investment Portfolio.
Position Responsibilities
Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Consults with Business Leaders across the P&DS / Supply Chain organization to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into the overall Investment Portfolio and prioritization in alignment with the BGS Strategy
  • Supports Long-Range Business Plan efforts for Investment Projects on an annual basis
  • Develop Project Management Process in alignment with Scaled Agile Framework
  • Works with Business Unit Leaders to ensure prioritization is consistent with BGS Strategy and Organizational Goals and Objectives
  • Informs Scaled Agile Teams of work and priority


This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Dallas, TX.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Experience with supply chain management and procurement work and/or general business operations
  • Experience collecting and interpreting data
  • Experience working with SAFE or Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Experience in a role requiring project planning
  • Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
  • Boeing Designated Expert in requirements quality


Typical Education & Experience :
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation :
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate DFW area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $ 93,500 - $126,500
