They should have an interest in the area of sustainability and be open to supporting the full team. Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs the following tasks for managers on the executive payroll: Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards
  • Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication
  • Communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences
  • Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
  • Prioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time
  • Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
  • Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
  • Orders and maintains office supplies
  • Plans and implements logistics for executive level internal and external events
  • Works under limited supervision

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience providing office administrator support to a senior or higher level manager
  • 3+ years of experience with Concur or a similar travel and expense management program
  • 3+ years of experience supporting calendars, travel and meetings for higher level management
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment, with broad experience working with all business levels from individual contributors to executive-level leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in partnering with executives to develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams
  • Experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
  • Experience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
  • A team player, able to work in collaborative environment

Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+5 years' related work, Bachelor+2 years' related work, etc.).
