Job Description The Role:
The Head of Acquisitions Personalization Strategy is a key leadership role within the Card Services Acquisition Center of Excellence organization, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.. The role is responsible for driving profitable growth through new account acquisitions via customer-specific offers. This work will be highly cross-functional and require partnership across Chase, including Card product teams, other Chase Consumer Bank lines of business, Risk and Modeling teams.
Key responsibilities:
This role will build, lead and develop a diverse team with an outstanding culture and exceptional qualitative and intuitive marketing talent. They will also drive and evolve the strategy to identify and reach profitable prospects and existing Chase customers to expand relationships, as well as collaborate with product teams to develop personalized offers designed to maximize total value to the firm, both through conversion and customer value. This position will partner effectively with multiple teams to maintain and deliver on a roadmap that will deliver a high quality experience, expand the share of new account acquisitions that are personalized, and ensure personalization tactics in place are used appropriately and effective to support the strategy.
Qualifications:

• 10+ years of marketing and / or strategy experience, including some experience in consumer financial products, card / payments experience strongly preferred
• Excellent people leader with experience recruiting and developing talented teams with diverse backgrounds
• Quantitative and qualitative problem solver
• Ability to influence executive management and peers to drive change
• Ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with the ability to set a vision and execute at a detailed level, with a demonstrated ability to analyze process flaws and drive operational change
