What you’ll do:

• Heavy and rapid calendar management in an ever-changing, fast-paced, global environment.
• Be a trusted, strategic partner to our VP of Marketing to support the growth of our high performing marketing team. 
• Anticipate the needs of the VP of Marketing, as well as the broader marketing function, and proactively communicate and provide assistance.
• Partner with marketing leadership to operationalize workflows, reports, and deliverables.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and team events.
• Manage complex travel logistics and prepare monthly expense reports.
• Project manage special projects between 1-day and 1-month in length, including fully owning the necessary budgets, travel, logistics, communications, and stakeholder updates.
• Proactively partner with the Office of the CEO, Office of the CRO, and the People Operations team, with openness to lean in, learn, and mentor--without ego.
