As Executive Business Partner, you will be the right hand to our Chief Revenue Officer. 

This is a high visibility position, both internally and externally. This role will require you to go well beyond your core administrative skill set and demand more of you specifically as an 1) accountability partner, 2) systems thinker, and 3) culture carrier.

Fundamentally, this is an opportunity to play a foundational role at an AI startup that has doubled its revenue and customer base in each of the last three years. 

This role will report to our Executive Business Partner to the CEO, will be in the Bay Area and ideally in-person at our Mountain View, CA HQ.

What you’ll do:

  • Heavy and rapid calendar management in an ever-changing, fast-paced, global environment.
  • Build trust and partner deeply with our CRO to understand the needs of our growing global sales organization. 
  • Anticipate the needs of CRO, as well as the broader sales function, and proactively communicate and provide assistance.
  • Partner with the Go to Market Operations team to operationalize workflows, reports, and deliverables for the CRO. 
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and team events - including Sales Kick Off, President’s Club, Quarterly Business Reviews, Board meeting prep…etc.
  • Manage complex travel logistics and prepare monthly expense reports.
  • Project manage special projects between 1-day and 1-month in length, including fully owning the necessary budgets, travel, logistics, communications, and stakeholder updates.
  • Proactively partner with the Office of the CEO and the People Operations team, with openness to lean in, learn, and mentor--without ego.
