Executive Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the Field Ops/Engineering Senior Vice President and for several G roup Vice Presidents , by managing all aspects of their day-to-day activities including schedule, travel arrangements, correspondence, messages and communication with internal and external contacts. Represent the company at the highest level during frequent contacts with leaders of the business organizations and employees. Completes numerous special projects at request.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team for Charter Communications Field Operations.
Create calendar invites to ensure maximum attendance of all attendees and foresee any needs of the meetings scheduled to include conference rooms, lunch orders, webex or conference bridge information, copies or handouts. Be vigilant on any calendar conflicts and set level of priority. Clean calendar in a timely manner of any meetings cancelled or rescheduled.
Uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information which might include salary or off boarding information.
Coordinate travel for Executive Team for offsite meetings to include air, hotel, car, etc.
Prepare & process expense reports for Team in a timely fashion and properly to Expense Policy.
Plan & execute leadership off-site events such as department management meetings and team building activities.
Researches, compiles and analyzes information and data relating to supporting executives ' area of the business.
Adhere to tight deadlines that sometimes occur with the team.
Provide a friendly and professional "Face of the Dept" that is welcoming to all from employees to vendors.
Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to work independently
Education
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
Related Work Experience
Executive Administration experience 3+
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of office procedures and the operation of standard office equipment (i.e., 10-key calculator, Dictaphone)
Knowledge of organization policies and practices
Solid expertise in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Visio.

The pay for this position has a minimum of $24.55. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
