We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who will primarily support our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. They will support other senior executives in the company as well. This person will serve as a partner to their executives, will be proactive, independent, and have strong attention to detail. This person will be responsible for managing schedules, booking travel, assisting with phone calls, working with external clients, providing general support, and will work on executive-level special projects as needed. The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude and have a passion for providing extraordinary executive-level support. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex day to day calendars & organize meetings and appointments, resolving all conflicts
  • Organize & handle incoming schedule requests and correspondence through multiple channels
  • Review important tasks and identify/prioritize urgent matters that require an immediate response
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, dinners & travel
  • Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
  • Aid the CFO, CSO, and other executives by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed, in advance of meetings
  • Coordinate event planning and team off-sites/events
  • Work independently on special projects as needed
  • Maintain multiple expense accounts
  • Coordinate calendars & events with E-staff & VP EAs


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Prior role supporting a C-level executive or SVP-level executives at a 200+ person company; finance, legal, or corporate development org experience is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Suite & Google Workspace skills
  • Self-direction, take initiative and are proactive with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work well independently, intuitive and the ability to anticipate needs is essential
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Able to maintain discretion concerning confidential or sensitive information
  • An enthusiastic can-do attitude and excitement about being part of a mission-driven organization in a fast-moving and highly collaborative work environment
