About the Role:

Medallion is growing rapidly as a business and therefore hiring significantly (we’ve quadrupled our team from 25 to over 90 people in 6 months). We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant who will provide support and work closely with our Founder & CEO.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manages calendars, events, expense reporting
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
  • Upholds a strict level of confidentiality
  • Program event production and management: dinners, off-sites, conferences
  • Some personal tasks

Your experience includes:

  • 5+ years of executive assistant work, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools: 1Password, Slack, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done

  • A collaborative teammate who enjoys working with others and developing strong partnerships (internal and external) to achieve the best outcome
  • A highly motivated individual with a “builder mentality”
  • A problem solver, you can work independently and efficiently, but not afraid to ask for help
  • Located full-time in San Francisco
