Job Description
About the team

You will contribute to the efficiency of the Professional Services organization by providing personalized and timely senior executive support activity to the Global Leader of Professional Services.
What you will be doing
• Manage and maintain the appointed Executive/s calendar of appointments in Outlook and proactively identify and address any potential scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain divisional contact lists, organizational charts, shared documents library etc. as required.
• Proactively coordinate international and domestic travel plans and logistics as required, including liaison with Company Travel Desk, arranging visa's, detailed itineraries, and ground transportation, in line with company policies and procedures.
• Proactively support in the preparation and execution of events and meetings, including contribution to the coordination of Town Halls, All-Hands calls/meetings, slide preparation and information gathering as required and in collaboration with relevant colleagues
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality at all times adhering to the values of FIS. At FIS we strive to win as one team, lead with integrity, and be the change.
• You will document and analyze existing process and/or business functions workflows to drive business process improvements and standardization.
What you bring
• Microsoft Office expertise and skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly experienced administrative practices and procedures and able to establish process where needed. Minimum 3 years of office administrative or executive assistant support experience.
• Highly organized and self-driven. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to identify and communicate error.
• Must be experienced performing in multi-National environments where time zones and communication challenges are to be understood and managed.
• Ability to manage sensitive, complex, confidential information.
• Ability to work overtime and travel as needed.

Career level professional role. Reports to a Division Executive. Highly-skilled with extensive proficiency Manipulates controls in accordance with standard procedures to rearrange sequence of job steps. Works on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert. Works on projects/issues of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across areas and business segments. Works under minimal supervision on complex projects. Wide latitude for independent judgment.
