Executive Assistant at Checkout.com
Checkout.com is seeking a shared Executive Assistant to join their fast paced, growing and dynamic business to support several members of its leadership team. The role requires a forward thinking, tech-savvy and organised individual who has proven experience working in a similar role in an equally fast paced company.
What you will be doing:
- Manage exceptionally busy and changing diaries, coordinating internal and external meetings with both internal and external stakeholders across global time zones
- Work with our travel team to arrange international travel and accommodation for members of the leadership team, collecting travel documentation and preparing comprehensive trip itineraries
- Ensure Leadership team bios and press materials are kept up to date
- Use financial and procurement systems, raising purchase orders and processing invoices in a timely and efficient manner and manage expenses and expense approvals
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks and project support, as directed
- Work with strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters relating to the leadership team, department and wider business
About you:
- 5+ years experience in an EA role ideally within a Fintech, Tech or very fast paced company
- Confident, resilient, reliable and collegiate
- Shareholders and Investors relationship management experience would be beneficial
- Team player – build effective relationships with the team and with colleagues internationally
- Global mindset, understand time zones, cultural nuance and different working practices
- Flexible and adaptable – a hands-on, can-do attitude is essential
- Highly efficient and extremely organised
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Clear communicator and highly professional in your personal, telephone and email manner
- Tech-savvy – proficient use of Gsuite, keynote, expensify, zoom, slack and other tools
- Flexible to provide some support out of hours.
