Job Summary

This role supports the National Belgard Hardscapes team with key internal and external meetings and events across the county to drive growth of our leading hardscapes business, Belgard. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, coordinating, and executing details related to meetings and events, trade shows, and the Belgard trailers throughout the year. In addition, this role will coordinate details related to the Belgard display program.

  • Coordination of meeting and event details such as venues, guest lists, catering, entertainment, lodging, transportation, gifts/giveaways, registration tracking, and budget tracking
  • Coordination of on-site details related to meetings and events, including run of show, communication of roles and responsibilities, registration, problem-solving, and vendor organization
  • Coordination with marketing team (Brand Managers and Field Marketing Managers) to develop and distribute effective promotional campaigns related to events
  • Work with Field Marketing Manager team to streamline the Belgard SWAG orders to support local events
  • Coordination of all details related to the dealer display program, including, setting up planning meetings, collecting display orders from the Field Marketing Managers, submitting display orders, tracking progress, and processing invoices
  • Assist with other trade shows and marketing projects as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • Previous event planning experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present event ideas and plans to management
  • Ability to travel to meetings, events, and trade shows
