Job Description As an experienced professional in Project Execution and Change Management, you thrive at managing complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees and stakeholders throughout the firm. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture - how can technology help achieve business goals - as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, manage resources and budgets, and be a part of building high-performing teams.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to develop projects and programs that are broadly applicable. You and your team will establish a planned roadmap, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that ensuring that program is running on time, within budget and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration and promote the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The ETS Change Enablement Manager will be responsible for supporting the Product Pillars and the implementation of new platform capabilities, with enhancements to the existing firmwide platform and ensuring customer success via focus on both customer and product experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring technology and business users across the ETS Pillar teams and all Lines of Business are prepared consistently to maximize usage and the associated value of the ETS Platform capabilities.

  • Ensuring timely and targeted communications and alignment of website and go/site content.
  • Helping to deliver training approach and content, embed within platform when appropriate.
  • Supporting stakeholder groups and the Customer Success program, developing and executing strategies for end-user feedback.
  • Partnering with Product & Services teams, project teams and Lines of Business reps to evaluate and articulate value leveraging media channels, articles and presentation materials.
  • Mitigating and managing implementation and organizational change-related risks and issues with associated reporting.
  • Supporting the preparation and presentation of Monthly Business Review materials, Vendor updates, dashboards and consumable roadmaps.
  • Active participation in Communities of Practice enhancing improvement collaboration across ETS teams and partners.
  • Creating and managing Operating Model alignment views across Product Pillars.
  • Creating and maintaining ETS accomplishment views, reports and materials.
  • Supporting post implementation reviews, ensuring key enablement learnings are carried forward into subsequent product releases.


This role will closely support the activities of the Core Products and Services, Lines of Business and collaboration partners, working with and leveraging other cross organization enablement teams driving similar transformational initiatives that will cohesively deliver the firm's technology strategy and vision. Specifically:

  • Assists with identification and continuous support of key stakeholder groups that leverage the ETS platform
  • Helps to develop and refine the engagement and communication approach and plan for impacted groups.
  • Produce and deliver a strategic schedule of digital content generating excitement and awareness around important milestones with articles, infographics, blogs and video.
  • Maintain a regular flow of content through various channels, artifacts and go/sites
  • Partner with product owners and the evangelism team to produce engaging and impactful engagement materials for internal technology events such as PowerUp.
  • Leverage internal social platforms, communities of practice and technology communities to stimulate a culture of dialogue and shared learning across the organisation to celebrate success and share knowledge and experiences.
  • Collaborate with Line of Business and Technology Hub communications leads to leverage LoB and location communications vehicles to ensure an aligned cascade of messaging across Global Technology.
  • Leverage available telemetry to target communications, create dashboards, assemble & maintain accomplishments and maximise engagement against the key objectives and customer value.
  • Support the development and marketing of the training approach, plan and materials and information sessions
  • Working with product owners and the platform team, design and prepare Operating Model materials, standard artifacts for consolidation as part of the Monthly Business review cadence.
  • Instill pride by making key achievements visible, bringing the value proposition to life.
  • Assists with the development and refinement of the listening strategy in order to capture feedback to improve end user experience
  • Continuously measure engagement and adapt approach as necessary


Qualifications

  • A proven change agent with experience of supporting complex change initiatives impacting organizational culture and working practices
  • Experience of engaging with and managing a varied level of relationships - strong interpersonal and relationship management skills - able to engage with all levels of the organization and rapidly develop effective working relationships
  • Experience of assembling materials, decks, articles & metrics and presenting to senior technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience leading teams to achieve objectives
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting and metrics to deliver relevant and compelling views of performance
  • Functional expertise across the ETS domain disciplines and/or the Service Now product or other digital workflow and orchestration and analytics platforms
  • Strong technology background with experience of both development and support organizations, ideally within global financial institutions
