Description:

Position Overview:

The ERP Manager is part of ISC's Enterprise System leadership team. The position will closely work with fulfillment functional business areas (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Shipping) to drive efficiencies in the business processes and help implement outstanding technology solutions. The ideal candidate for this position must interact effectively with all business users, grasp both technical and business needs quickly and possess outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills. Position will focus on growing and improving the consistency and effectiveness of solution delivery and system support for business functions. The Manager will work with business areas to define application requirements, analyze application characteristics, implement solutions, plan for the upgrades and runs support of all relevant applications supporting enterprise systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all enterprise application solutions
  • Develop team of senior business analysts and developers that support business applications for fulfillment operations globally.
  • Provide strategic direction, provide oversight, and daily tactical support and decision making related to all enterprise applications such as ERP, Operational Applications, MES etc.
  • Producing detailed project timeline for all application implementations, updates, releases and implementing of effective project control by supervising the progress of all software releases and reporting statuses to senior management
  • Works with executive and senior leaders to create and maintain an operating plan to achieve the strategic vision and Salesforce functionality to support that vision
  • Partners with collaborators to shape requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives
  • Proactively determine and resolve issues and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes
  • Implements, supports, and owns IT solutions Fulfillment business functions
  • Designs and Architects the solutions in Oracle EBS supply Chain, Manufacturing and Service modules
  • Coordinates project resources (including external resources) to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Keeps abreast of new technology features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements and technical updates
  • Solves technical issues with the assistance of internal and third-party resources
  • Works closely and effectively with the existing Enterprise Systems team to maintain consistent process and documentation around requirements, design, development & deployment.
  • Develops use cases and helps increase system adoption



Qualifications:

Qualifications Required (Non-Negotiable):

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • A minimum of 10+ years of ERP experience preferable in the Manufacturing industry. Minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Hands-on experience in development and support of Oracle ERP INV, PO, MFG, Depot Repair modules
  • Experience in Supply chain management
  • Authority in all phases of solution delivery including business analysis, software engineering, quality assurance/testing, and operations
  • End to end implementation experience including requirements gathering, documentation, systems configuration, project management, issue management, communication, and organisational change
  • Consistent track record of successful project management and progressive work
  • Proven track record using critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of leading process improvement initiatives and using problem solving tools
  • Able to create compelling cases with accurate cost and effort estimations
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
  • Demonstrated experience working with global teams and supporting global business functions
  • Solid understanding of system design and system integrations.
  • In depth understanding of the various software development lifecycles.
  • Experience with Agile or Kanban development principles
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
  • Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM
  • Travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters or MBA
  • ITIL or COBIT certification
  • PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Experience with Agile or Kanban development principles
