Job Description

ERP Integration Manager

We need a self-directed and motivated team member with solid SAP Order-To-Cash business process and Integration experience. You must have a business process and leadership skills to design and implement secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions. As an ERP Integration Manager, you will manage Integration Developers by providing direction and control of various projects. An ERP Integration Manager is required to organize and lead a cross-functional team in developing and implementing project deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, Coach, and Manage a team of Integrations Developers.
  • Conducting timely performance evaluations
  • Aids the organization to define new or changing business requirements, including identifying benefits and creating business cases.
  • Defines, scopes, and estimates solutions (SAP and SAP-related) to meet the functional requirements for business systems.
  • Establishes roadmaps for continuing improvements in the SAP environment.
  • Responsible for the conversion of business requirements into architecture. Defines the architecture based on documented business needs.
  • Provides direction and guidance to SAP technical, functional, and business teams.
  • Prepares SAP solution/Integration strategy based on business requirements, analyzes the process to be modeled, and performs the business content checks.
  • Negotiating with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers
  • Ensure Coordination development of test scenarios and scripts.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and development team to ensure that technical/functional requirements are understood and that development requirements are integrated.
  • As an ERP Integration Manager, you will need to interact with upper management, coordinate teams working on different tasks, and interact with internal clients - because of this, good communication skills are necessary.


Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications

  • This position requires 7 years of SAP Integration, Architectural, and people management experience.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of SD functionality throughout the order to cash process with excellent working knowledge of Pricing Procedures, Pricing, Master Data, Billing Documents, Billing Plans, Sales Document Header and Line, Schedule Lines, Text Control, Partner Determination, Account Assignment, Output Control, and other Key SD areas.
  • Knowledge of key integration points with other SAP Modules such as Finance and Controlling, Material Management, and Production Planning.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP solutions
  • Extensive experience in SAP's best practices
  • Demonstrable ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure without direct supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and initiative to improve processes are crucial.
  • The ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options, then implement solutions is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization is necessary; must be able to clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Talented in coaching end-users is required.
  • Self-motivated as well as a motivator of others, goal and detail-oriented, sensitive to established scope timelines, strong at technical functional analysis.
  • Skilled in collaborating with other teams to resolve conflicts promptly.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently as a team leader is essential.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across the Company, including managing and responding to different organizational situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude, is essential.
  • Ability to lead SAP projects, prioritize work and coordinate multiple projects in parallel.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, respecting others, and upholding Company values is critical.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Understanding Jira or a similar tool used to support our IT agile methodology.
