Coin Cloud, the world's largest full-service Digital Currency Machine (DCM) operator, is seeking an Enterprise Systems Manager to oversee key enterprise systems, such as Oracle NetSuite, and to develop system requirements, documentation, analysis and planning and coordinate the development, deployment, operation and improvement of the enterprise system throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operation of company enterprise systems including support for the company's Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Responsible for identifying enterprise system process improvements and working with business stakeholders and the PMO team to plan and execute agreed initiatives
• Manage team of architects and developers to implement initiatives agreed by the business.
• Oversee data integrity and system security operations (e.g. user authorization, security roles)
• Assess system performance and recommend improvements
• Responsible for key vendor relationships such as Oracle for NetSuite.
• Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to legal and company guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years knowledge and experience working with SaaS based enterprise solutions (ERP) such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce.com, etc.
• Have previous Supervisor or Management skills such as performance management, team development, and conflict resolution.
• Previous experience in project management or business analysis
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, computer systems security, or other relevant fields or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience developing business processes and working in a lead capacity
• Interest or knowledge in Cryptocurrency or Blockchain Technology is a plus.
