Who are we looking for
We are looking for an Enterprise Strategy Manager that will collaborate with senior leadership to develop Nike's global strategy, identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities, and catalyze action against these priorities through strategic and business planning processes.
As an Enterprise Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for
- Ideating innovative solutions to high priority and high visibility strategic questions
- Investigating newly developing near- and long-term white space opportunities
- Crafting implementation plans that balance feasibility with blue-sky thinking
- Researching and analyzing emerging trends that may impact the business
- Supporting cross-functional business partners, from Consumer & Marketplace to Corporate Development, and everything in between
What you bring to NIKE
- Bachelor's degree or an additional 2 years experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, investment banking, corporate development, or related experience
- Or 4+ years' total experience with an MBA / Master's degree
- Or 7+ years' total experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models
- Experience conducting and/or analyzing research related to consumers, industries and competitors
- Demonstrated problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills with experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and influence across a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Proven experience with presenting and influencing senior leadership, maximizing excellent written and oral communication skills
