Job Description The Global Technology Engineering, Architecture & Public Cloud department within JPMorgan Chase & Co. is responsible for the evolution of modern, efficient development practices and tooling for an optimal engineer experience.
The Enterprise Service Integration group within this department is currently seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to deliver cohesive integration strategy for the Multi Cloud and Eng & Architecture division.
Our team is responsible for making cloud services available within the bank, leveraging native services from multiple cloud service providers to deploy scalable, secure and resilient products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. You will therefore have a proven track record in the delivery of strategic technology programs advancing the business strategy and technology product roadmaps. Your expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to set strategic direction and solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally. You will make a significant contribution to development and implementation of strategy and policy, underpinned by a strong knowledge of technology architecture principles and software development practices and tools. You have an understanding of product based organization and are comfortable working in an agile framework. Your natural engagement and collaboration skills will allow you to harness the collective creativity of our technologists around the world.
Role Responsibilities

  • Leads large strategic initiatives, engagements and service integration, facing off to Clients to understand and priorities their needs in relation to the product portfolio, this will include franchise Public Cloud initiatives
  • Leads and engage conversations with vendors, security and compliance teams on need basis.
  • Engagement with senior stakeholders across all technology lines of business, ensuring adherence to the division's plans and expected outputs, while fostering an environment of collaboration and shared success
  • Develop the rolling multi-year roadmap and maintain aligned to our business client and technology strategy and priorities
  • Ensure that all roadmaps and execution are aligned with the product and strategy, facilitating conflict resolution across all stakeholders
  • Establish and drive improvements to the execution of the key initiatives through a metrics, leveraging dynamic feedback to improve future results, and quickly fine-tuning the program as needed
  • Be a people leader across the organization, championing and driving people, hub and domain events across the organization


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of technology management experience in a similar sized company and related industry, with at least 5 spent in an organizational leadership role.
  • Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Engineering, Science or related technical field, bringing strong intellectual capacity, excellent analytical skills and clear, consistent and ethical judgment.
  • A proven ability to develop and implementation organization strategy. Partnering with senior executive leadership to develop effective business and financial plans.
  • Experience in running a portfolio of complex and inter-related technology projects at scale and managing all dimensions of technology execution, identifying business opportunity and delivery against those opportunities
  • Broad understanding of the technologies utilized across the CI/CD, SRE and public cloud domains, able to rationalize and assess pros and cons of technical alternatives
  • A keen ability to plan clearly and strategically in a complex environment and build effective organizational processes that support these plans. The ability to govern and instill discipline across organizations while building a positive culture and high performing work environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential, to explain and influence both business and technical stakeholders and partners at the executive and partners at all levels
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and drive multiple agendas in a fast-paced and constantly changing environments
  • Expertise working in an Agile project environment and the ability to operate development and architecture discussion forums, through a deep understanding of current application development tools and techniques
  • Highly driven and results orientated: Drives results through people, communication, influence and interaction
