The purpose of the role is design and execution of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs and framework for Truist, under the direction of ERM Management, in accordance with regulatory and stakeholder requirements. Activities include the execution of the enterprise Governance, Risk, & Compliance (eGRC) program, with a focus on driving the maturity of the Agile methodology by working with the eGRC IT Delivery Team and eGRC Solution Owners, identifying ecosystem-wide impacts, cross-solution dependencies, roadblocks, gaps in delivery, as well as prioritization of objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as an expert for RSA Archer within the Risk Management Organization responsible for driving the Agile methodology across the ecosystem.
  • Assist Archer Solution Owners in the business with articulating their business needs in the form of Agile Epics and Features.
  • Scope and build Quality Control (QC) routines (standards, best practices) against Truist's eGRC policies and procedures, including designing the testing strategy, outputs, and reporting.
  • Perform detective analysis to identify opportunities, themes, knowledge gaps to up-skill implementation of the Agile methodology. Provide training to users on best practices in order to improve execution.
  • Work closely and collaborate with Solution Owners to implement workflow gaps and areas for process improvement.
  • Continuously add value through effective project management and efficient execution.
  • Contribute to ongoing reporting and updates on the eGRC Program for the Board Risk Committee, Enterprise Risk Committee, and Business Unit Risk Committees as applicable.
  • Assist in ongoing efforts to improve data analytics and reporting capabilities from our eGRC ecosystem and additional ad hoc eGRC projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • 10 Years experience in risk management roles and/or delivering Agile implementations.
  • Experience leading risk framework design projects and ability to partner with teammates to design programs that achieve risk management objectives.
  • Expertise with the Archer eGRC System, including design and implementation.
  • Proven ability to identify enhancements to evolve ERM Programs to ensure Truist has best in class risk management practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • RSA Archer Certifications and/or system administrator training
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
