Enterprise Mission Capability Strategy Director
Key Role:
Lead the development and operation of an enduring and effective enterprise-wide mission technology and capability strategy function. Serve as the corporate strategy team lead on issues relating to Sector, CTO and external partner / M&A target technology investment, mission capability, systems of systems engineering and other relevant areas that contribute to Booz Allen's ability to increase the technical differentiation of its business portfolio. Participate in the Enterprise Long Range Strategic Plan quarterly activities and contribute to the generation of the annual ELRSP report. Serve as the Corporate Strategy liaison to the CTO's Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Analytics, Digital and other technology / solutions teams, including 5G, Quantumas they develop their annual strategies and plans for supporting cross-Sector or Mission Capability generation strategic initiatives. Contribute to corporate development, partnership and internal investment activities, discussions and analyses as requested and appropriate. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required .
Basic Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in the national security and government services sector
- 15+ years of experience working enterprise-wide technology and capability development issues
- Experience in Engineering and technical AI/ML, cyber, digital transformation, software, systems of systems and other areas
- Experience in the development of strategies to create scale, synergies and mission applications for high priority customer missions and capabilities
- Ability to successfully interact with and create actionable strategies among business unit and R&D / CTO organizations, including in a virtual or distributed environment
- Ability to manage and nurture strategy professionals within an organization
- Master's Degree
