About Our Team:

Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provides the critical technical foundation for Citi's operations and is responsible for delivering reliable IT solutions, scalable infrastructure services, and secure capabilities while creating a trusted customer experience and enabling Citi's workforce to be the best for our clients. This position is an integral part of the Employee Engagement, Product Marketing, and Change Adoption Team within CTI Business Operations.

CTI Business Operations enables technology managers across the organization to effectively manage their resources and deliver their commitments in support of CTI's strategy, goals, and performance metrics. This is achieved through the provision of commercial aspects of CTI, analytics and reporting (including expense and productivity), workforce, real estate, supplier management, leadership and talent development, including entry level and pipeline programs, and employee engagement and communications.

The Employee Engagement, Product Marketing, and Change Adoption Team manages and strengthens CTI's internal employee engagement, culture, onboarding, as well as talent and development initiatives. The team elevates knowledge and understanding of organizational changes and structures within CTI, ensures awareness of technology strategies across CTI and Citi, and drives user adoption through change management and impactful technology marketing.

Job Overview:

CTI Enterprise Services and Production Operations responsible for financial expense and productivity management, workforce management, third party & vendor management, executive and organizational reporting/governance, strategic planning, and global program support. Global workforce management inclusive of headcount analysis and forecasting (employees and 3rd party non-employees), composition of 3rd party managed services, resource locations strategy (in alignment to enterprise objectives), workforce real-estate forecasts, talent management and organization development, and impact of organizational changes. Team performs end-to-end analysis, implementation, execution, management, oversight and reporting on operational and policy required processes and activities with third party relationships as well as analysis and reporting on service level objectives and agreements for Enterprise Services. Closely partner with Senior Management, Third Party Officers and the Third Party Utility. Manage day-to-day operational events, providing business analysis and problem-solving recommendations based on knowledge of best practices and process implementation. Continuous interaction with both the leadership team and extended organization required.

Concentration on the following:

  • Financial oversight inclusive of expense management and controls, annual budget planning and ongoing forecast management, allocation/recovery of costs, global coordination of productivity objectives and actuals, and capital planning/investments review and analysis. Constant interaction with regional leaders and financial partners.
  • Set strategic priorities with leadership team; identify key enablers to success and actively engage with respective owners to ensure achieving desired results; ensure continued progression of service, financial, and people agenda.
  • Must be able to influence execution and results across all Enterprise Services teams. The building of relationships and partnerships will be required to respond to regular ad-hoc management requests. Must be able to balance multiple requests and self-prioritize those requests in a manner that ensures critical items are completed promptly and effectively. Must be able to lead change and develop innovative solutions that enables the organization to operate efficiently and effectively.



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the overall activities of the business including strategy, goals development, financials, workforce, productivity, reporting, risk, and business continuity. Able to accept additional ad-hoc tasks as the organization evolves with strategic initiatives.
  • Responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and implementation of the technology strategy. Manage an on-going operating cadence across the organization such as staff meetings, quarterly updates, MOR reporting, and program reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement of operational processes to create a high-performance organization.
  • Drive productivity/ cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management team
  • Develop monthly metrics to monitor and measure impact of achievement to goals
  • Complete financial deliverables including monthly forecasts, the annual investment process, client reporting and ad hoc requests
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.



Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related experience to this role
  • Must be able to solve complex problems and work through roadblocks.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects, with a "get things done" attitude and the ability to deliver on a diverse range of tasks.
  • Able to identify risks which impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
  • Ability to communicate a compelling vision and inspire others to deliver on an ambitious, complex, roadmap.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organization, from the most technical engineer to the savviest business / executive leader.
  • Possess uncompromising ethics, unwavering integrity and understanding of risk & regulatory process, as well as outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, engaging style with excellent written and oral communication across different audiences.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills - must have ability to synthesize, develop and present clear and concise recommendations.
  • Collaborative and team player, ensuring overall business success.
  • Exceptional influencing skills with sound judgment and decision-making skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
