The Enablement Specialist will support the day-to-day operations of our Marketing teams (90+ resorts) with program support including premiums, Journey reporting, program reporting and analytics, answer questions/inquiries about the various programs and serve as a point of contact and Corporate liaison. Additionally, craft communications to the sites through email and/or surveys to gain feedback and promote/improve effectiveness of promotions and motivational collateral pieces. (25%) Organize and maintain content, assets and deliverables additionally, create and/or update marketing calendars, timelines, schedules, pitch decks and marketing plans as requested. Lead sweepstakes program reporting efforts including executive summaries, regular monitoring of program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and trends. Create Marketing program training materials and prepare field training calls to educate associates on both promotion and process updates to the field. (25%) Manage day to day associate app data template creation for all promotional tracking from inception of build to delivery to developers. In tandem, assist in preparing internal communication releases for associate promotions through the back-end CMS platform. (25%) Create monthly business reviews, providing insight on ad hoc promotional performance including associate engagement levels. Post mortem engagement analysis for all promotions. (15%) Assist in prize fulfillment and overseeing prizing master list to ensure correct associates are included and timely fulfillment occurs to keeps associate motivated. Oversee prize taxation. In addition, assist accounting team monthly with prizing partner(s) cost and balance. (10%)

Travel Requirements

This position may be required to travel to some site visits and will require dedicated time to build trust and partnership. Total travel would be approximately 2 trips per year (5%) **this could increase based on need from the team.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • BS or BA Degree

Training requirements
  • Project Management Training a plus

Knowledge and skills
  • Strong business acumen and industry specific marketing skills and knowledge

Technical Skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint

Job experience
  • Minimum 2 years of industry marketing experience and 2 years of overall marketing and/or sales experience.

Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
