Boeing is looking for multiple Experienced Communications Specialists to join the Employee, Manager and Executive Integration team within the Communications Management Services (CMS) organization. The successful candidates will work closely with communications business partners to drive an integrated approach to Boeing's internal communications efforts.Position Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships and work closely with communications business partners to drive successful integration of internal communications efforts
  • Lead / participate in project teams and coordinate resources to support internal communications efforts
  • Standardize internal communications planning, document best practices and drive replication where appropriate
  • Support internal communications planning, content creation, project management, execution and measurement
  • Ideal candidates will have broad experience across internal, employee and executive communications, as well as excellent writing, strategic planning, project management and relationship-building skills.
  • We are seeking communicators who will take initiative, bring a strong customer focus to their work, balance competing priorities and be comfortable navigating a complex matrix organization. Video skills and knowledge of Boeing's businesses and structure are a plus

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Employer not willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience developing and implementing strategic communications plan
  • 3+ years of experience with internal, employee and executive communications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working in a large, complex organization
  • Knowledge of Boeing's businesses and structure
  • Video production skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Communications or other related field
  • Project management
  • Relationship-building skills

Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
