Electrophysiology Coordinator
Overview
Provide hybrid clinical/administrative support for Electrophysiology procedure patient journey including pre and post phases of care. Ensure patient pre-procedure preparation, post procedure scheduling, follow up and registries support. Provide ongoing support for EP Nurse Navigator.

Qualifications
- Education: High School or GED required.
- Experience: Two year's experience working in a cardiac office or hospital setting required.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: CMA/RMA required.
- Additional Skills Required: Support for acute patient journey for electrophysiology (EP) requiring clerical/clinical skill mix similar to CMA role but with expanded knowledge of EP patient needs including:
- Basic knowledge of EP Procedures (ablations, device implantation).
- Basic knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
- Administrative skills
- Communication

- Cleanliness and organization
- Following protocols
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures
- Computer skills including Epic, word processing, spreadsheets
- Interpersonal skills
