You are:
A highly professional eLearning manager who's truly passionate about learning. You have at least 3 years of experience in managing, strategizing and producing engaging digital learning solutions for employees and leading them to success.
You're very technical, eager to explore new eLearning technologies and have the ability to learn new concepts and solve problems thoughtfully and effectively. It's crucial to have proven experience with eLearning authoring tools (Camtasia, Articulate, etc.) and LMS management.
You should have strong critical thinking skills, know how to build strong relationships, identify challenges and find solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and look at change as an opportunity to grow.

As an eLearning manager, you will:
- Manage a team of eLearning multimedia specialists and visual designers
- Develop and monitor learning performance in collaboration with other departments within the Customer Care organization
- Manage the development and delivery of eLearning and video training courses and programs
- Manage eLearning programs to support onboarding, internal product trainings, ongoing online training courses and soft skills developmental courses for global teams
- Oversee eLearning projects and ensure they're aligned with KPIs and deadlines
- Work closely with your counterparts in other regions to evolve/develop projects and programs under your jurisdiction
- Partner with the on-site Learning & Development and Quality Control teams to deliver accurate and efficient trainings
- Utilize data to improve project processes, delivery and content
- Analyze data and insights from our internal Learning Management System to make informed business decisions for future projects
