Job Description
Under limited supervision, supports the development and execution of Enterprise and Common Business Agility Frameworks through Strategy, Planning and Enablement activities.
This role is responsible for definition, documentation, and measurement of the EBA Transformation Roadmap, developing and executing change management strategies to support leadership and Portfolio adoption of EBA frameworks and associated cultural shifts, and performing the RTE responsibilities needed to ensure cohesion across the EBA Transformation ART. This individual must demonstrate a strategic mindset with a high level of understanding and experience in lean agile principles, executive change management, and executive-level communications.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Refines and measures EBA framework and transformation outcomes through EBA Transformation Roadmap planning in conjunction with EBA leadership
  • Develops and supports execution of change management strategies and plans to accelerate adoption of the FedEx Enterprise Business Agility (EBA) framework, capabilities, and leadership behavior changes at the Enterprise and Portfolio levels
  • Performs RTE responsibilities to ensure cohesion across the ART including PI Planning, demos, daily standups, retrospectives and ART syncs
  • Tracks and provides visibility of transformation risks to EBA leadership
  • Manages vendor contracts and invoicing as needed
  • Develops and delivers executive level communications and presentations; coaches other EBA team members on change management planning and executive management


Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:

  • Experience in Agile principles and Business Agility
  • Strong knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) Principles
  • Strong human relations, communication and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience in leading major corporate initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with several working teams/functional areas to ensure that steady progress is being made in pursuit of project objectives
  • Excellent quantitative/qualitative skills with the ability to present and communicate ideas in written and oral forms.
  • Ability to change priorities and respond to changing business objectives
  • High degree of independent leadership
  • Ability to navigate skillfully and creatively organizational and/or resource constraints.


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. 5 years work experience in areas including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis. Analytical and critical thinking ability with time management skills. Strong communications and human relations skills.
This position will be domiciled in Memphis, TN
The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
