Director, Technical Solutions
Key Role:

Lead the team to drive our business across Computer Network Operations (CNO) technologies for the warfighting domain, providing customers with leap-ahead capabilities that enable them to meet the nation's most difficult cyber challenges. Help develop scalable mission solutions and deliver the technical strategy for deploying solutions through partner and client ecosystems. Lead large technical solutioning efforts for capture and proposal processes as a member of cross functional leadership team. Demonstrate capabilities to clients and build out teams for client delivery. Serve as the leader of CNO technical solutions for the warfighting domain.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing Agile teams with SCRUM for delivery of DoD capabilities to clients, including converting vulnerabilities and exploits to solutions
- 10+ years of experience with software development and vulnerability research in support of USCC, IC, or Service Cyber components, including Army, Navy, USAF, or USMC
- Experience in delivery of complete CNO solutions requiring software development, exploit development, integrations, and operations support
- Experience with researching and communicating the impact of notable vulnerabilities, research papers, and vulnerability analysis to demonstrate thought leadership to peer groups and clients

- Knowledge of industry solutions providers for critical cyber and warfighting domain needs
- Ability to dynamically present concepts and ideas to clients and industry partners

- Top Secret clearance

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Engineering

Additional Qualifications:
- Experience overseeing the development of CI/DevSecOps pipelines for CNO capabilities

- Experience with existing and emerging CNO enabling architectures, data flows, interfaces and frameworks in the OCO mission space
- Ability to manage, mentor and train staff to fill roles in the CNO/OCO domain
- Ability to provide oversight of SDLC activities, lab management, and client interfacing

- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or relevant engineering disciplines
