About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Strategy and Operations to help us facilitate the collaboration and day-to-day operations of our new partnership with RxSaver. In this role, you will interface with our pharmacy, marketing, product, finance, facilities, and client support teams to develop best-in-class operations that drive results and efficiency. You will develop a deep understanding of our core product offering, future initiatives, funnel performance, and our customer base while overseeing this portion of our business. The Director will be expected to support numerous projects and help drive the team’s initiatives forward. The role’s goals include ensuring strong financial performance relative to our targets, understanding our traffic and fill performance, and supporting the longer-term value strategy of this arm of the business.
This role is very cross-functional in nature. We are looking for a leader who will own the business performance and deliverables, but is comfortable leaning on other teams to help accomplish those end goals. The ideal candidate can influence stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Data, and Finance, and has a background in managing a business relative to forecast or budget.
Responsibilities
- Owns the KPIs and drives business performance
- Monitors the day-to-day pulse of the business, including traffic, coupon views, and user claims. Can identify patterns or areas of opportunity to improve performance.
- Manages the financial plan of the business for revenue, cost, and marketing spend. Works closely with Marketing, Pricing, Product, and Pharmacy teams to set and hit the relevant targets.
- Can help scope project resourcing needs and identify dependencies
- Serves as cross-functional point of contact for strategic program initiatives
- Owns overall business operations
- Ensures that the right stakeholders and partners are informed and bought-in
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years leading cross functional work, ideally overseeing a set of financial targets
- 4+ years experience working with strategy and analytics functions, (bonus points for Banking, or Management Consulting experience)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- High SQL, Excel, and Power Point proficiency
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
