Lemonlight launched in 2014 with a mission to make marketing videos accessible to small/midsize businesses in a market that catered to large brands. Since then, we’ve become one the largest branded content providers in the world! We’ve worked with over 3,500 brands and are now serving a range of clientele from small businesses to the world’s biggest brands like Amazon, AirBnB, KFC, and Uber.

After revolutionizing how video is bought and sold, we’re now marrying the art of science and video production. Our mission is to transform and elevate the video production experience for industry professionals and our clientele. We set a new industry standard by introducing a digital platform that enables our customers to order, create, and track their projects seamlessly. The Role

We’re looking for a results-focused leader who will ensure operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate is conscientious, resourceful, and has a bias for action.

This role oversees the daily operations of the company, develops SOPs, and establishes policies that promote company culture and vision. This position requires a strategic business partner with strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business from a creative point of view.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of Lemonlight's business.
• Translate and set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance, profitability, and future planning.
• Lead efforts to evaluate and develop new SOPs aligned with organizational strengths and priorities.
• Work with other leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and resources allocation for organizational growth.
• Foster a growth and trust oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly-inclusive culture that ensures team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
• Ensure that the company adheres to company policies, federal, state, and local governments' regulation, enforcing compliance.
• Keep abreast of all potential risks to the organization and provide oversight and direction to ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are developed and the organization remains in compliance with all standards and regulations required by licensing, accrediting, and regulatory organizations.
• Oversee all vehicle and warehouse equipment leases including identification, negotiation, and execution of all related contracts in support of annual and strategic plans.
• Develop annual and strategic objectives and budgets in coordination with the leadership team, and staff in areas of responsibility which demonstrate continued operational improvement and market maximization in support of the organization's mission; determine benchmarks and create an organizational structure that ensures appropriate leadership to meet objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Located in Los Angeles - we operate on a hybrid workplace model.
• 5+ year’s experience managing strategic and daily business operations and leading business teams
• Experience managing a P&L of $20M+
• Proven track record of scaling businesses
• A passion for mentorship and leadership
• A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
• Experience managing leaders of multiple cross functional teams
• Experience in owning multiple lines of business and P&L’s
• Experience in the tech marketplace or media experience preferred
