OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Director of Operations - Strategy and Systems will support the development and maintenance of long-term Operations and Customer Success team strategy through research and analysis. This position will review and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk, while aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with organizational long-term strategy. Responsibilities also include presenting analysis and recommended actions, planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and reporting on proposed recommendations and projects. This person will act as System Administrator and business owner for Operations owned systems, ensuring configuration of business packages, tools and integrations are optimized for effective collaboration across departments. The Director will also be responsible for establishing repeatable, accurate and actionable metrics for the Operations team, tracking and reporting on departmental goals and KPIs.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support the development and maintenance of long-term Operations and Customer Success team strategy through:
- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness
- Reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with organizational long-term strategy
- Presenting analysis and recommended actions
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and reporting on proposed recommendations and projects
- System Administrator and business owner for Operations owned systems
- Ensure configuration of business packages, tools and integrations are optimized for effective collaboration across departments
- Establish repeatable, accurate and actionable metrics for the Operations team
- Track and report on departmental goals and KPIs
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience the entertainment landscape, music royalties, residuals, licensing, compliance, fintech And
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of system administrations (ERP, CRM, CSM)
Skills and Knowledge
- Excel Expert
- Systems Administration (ERP, CRM, CSM)
- Data Analytics
- Must be able to work autonomously in making sound business decisions and exercising appropriate level of authority commensurate with experience and responsibility
- Must be capable of working independently and in teams
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Financial services or FinTech experience preferred
- Experience supporting systems applications or software products
- General knowledge of a wide variety of software solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Bank/ FinTech colleagues
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Compensation
Starting base salary: $108,305 - $140,688 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
