In this role, you will build and manage a team of 150+ technicians with varying levels of dental experience in a state-of-the-art and digital-only facility. This facility is currently being constructed and will be brand new, giving you access to the latest technology to build out your team and drive optimization of existing processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are fabricated at the highest quality standards per customer deadlines and meet company-set financial targets. • Set targets, drive execution, and hold the team accountable for individual & facility results

    • Drive standardization in alignment with broader organizational goals

    • Take full responsibility for communicating business priorities to the team

    • Remove barriers so the team can execute against goals under tight timelines

    • Manage labor and operating costs in accordance with budgets & strategic plans

    • Provide information to various personnel in a timely manner, including daily/weekly/monthly reporting requirements and other ad hoc information requests

An Insider's view of Dandy

What are some social events your company does?

One highlight that I absolutely love is our “Dine As One” communal lunch every Wednesday. In the kitchen the tables are decked out in Dandy green tablecloths and a mix of people gathered around. Surprisingly, it’s during these shared meals that I’ve found myself learning the most about the business.

How does the company support your career growth?

I had high expectations going into this role and Dandy has surpassed them. The biggest reason I’ve enjoyed working here so far is the fact that I have access to more resources and industry experts than I ever imagined. The support I get from my team, manager, and upper leadership has been second to none!

Kcy

What projects are you most excited about?

I love solving problems and the dental industry has so many! From patient care, to scanner technology, to crown material selection, it has been an absolute blast to regularly overcome challenges that no one else in the industry has been able to do before.
