About the role:
We are looking for an Operations Director, Congress to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee operations teams supporting congress clients, including both dedicated and scalable service models. You will be responsible for motivating and leading high performing congress teams ensuring operational excellence, SLA achievement, and high functioning staff. Sound like you? Read on!

As an Operations Director you will:• Oversee operations teams serving multiple clients• Motivate and manage people within your team• Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring your teams are partnering with BCD M E's clients• Partner with other BCD M E leaders within the Life Sciences Center of Excellence

You're good at: • Developing teamwork and collaboration to achieve results• Creating and refining processes to maximize efficiency• Managing multiple complex projects• Leading with managerial courage and integrity

You might also have:• Multiple years of experience in the life sciences vertical• Experience working in a global environment

You should know:• This role is virtual and operates in the EST or CT time zones• Our standard working hours are 8:30 AM -5:30 PM with an hour break• Covid vaccination might be required for this role
