This role is responsible for driving AOP and STRAP revenue and OI results for the core Connected Life Safety Services BTI including Connected Site, Connected Technician and ultimately key elements of Digitized Maintenance. Responsibilities include core CLSS platform components (Cloud, Mobile, Desktop, Browser, programming and design tools, enabling hardware and APIs), overall architecture and customer experience, relevant strategic partnerships and associated business models. Execution will be accomplished through collaboration with the core CLSS Engineering, PMO, Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams as well as your peers leading LSS portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for AOP and STRAP
  • Manage OM team responsible for Connected Technician and Connected site (2 FTEs and one dotted line initially), directly managing key areas as required
  • CLSS Business model strategy and implementation
  • Setting CLSS hardware roadmap in conjunction with architects and engineering
  • Contribute to AOP, STRAP and periodic reviews (Portfolio, BTI, etc)
  • Develop team competencies
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of strategic marketing or product management experience with technology product
  • MBA highly preferred
  • Industry experience in a global company, highly desired
  • Ability to provide reliable judgment in complex situations
  • Partnership management experience
  • Entrepreneur skills with record of exceeding objectives
  • Management experience with P&L accountability
  • Strong sales, management and operations experience
  • Ability to motivate and build high performing teams
  • Process/systems and results orientated
  • Manages change through exploration and learning
