Department OverviewThe Services Portfolio Management team is responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Motorola's Managed and Support services offerings across our global Land Mobile Radio, Cybersecurity, Video, and Software products. This includes: gathering and prioritizing service and customer requirements; defining the service offer vision and strategy, collaborating with Product and other key work partners to deliver winning service offerings and solutions, and managing the service offer throughout its lifecycle.
Job Description
The Director of Offer Management will be responsible, but not limited to the following:
Duties Include:
Lead the Services Offer Management team, bringing new service offerings to market that solve customer problems and create new sources of revenue for our company
Be the advocate and the brand ambassador for the team with a focus on managing outward to our senior leaders, our regional stakeholders, and our internal work partners (Engineering, IT, finance, HR, Business Operations, Marketing, Training, Third parties, etc)
Identify and prioritize IT and Product Development work to accomplish Service directives
Build trust and strong relationships by understanding regional business goals and objectives
Drive culture change toward a single offer/product manager role that encompasses both product and services
Combine Motorola and third party products into a value added solution for our customers
Deliver new service offers on time, with high quality and efficiently
Maintain and curate the current service offer portfolio
Expand the impact of the Offer Management team into Cyber, Video and Software portfolios
Lead team growth, onboarding, and training
Drive the generation and consensus for accurate and aggressively achievable business cases
Utilize voice of customer, market analytics, competitive analytics to shape the offering
and achieve the goals of organization
Collaborate with service marketing management and regional/global marketing teams to develop sales tools, training and collateral for comprehensive go-to-market launch
Identify and Drive Strategic Business Initiatives to reduce complexity, cost, and delivery timelines
Qualifications
Experience in creating and delivering services, xaaS / subscription based services
MBA or equivalent experience
Experience leading teams and strong, proven people development skills
Knowledge of Motorola Solutions technologies, markets and regions
Strong data analytics ability
Ability to communicate (written and verbal) to all levels of the organization, especially senior level executives
Experience in Cybersecurity or Video is a plus
Experience in Agile processes is a plus
Basic Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 8+ Years of leadership experience
