Coforma is looking for an experienced Director of Information Technology (IT) to join our growing, distributed team and support us in delivering critical technology solutions that help people live better lives.

As Director of IT, you will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) as you work collaboratively to formalize and document best practices and processes around all areas of IT security and management. In this role, you’ll leverage technical expertise to build and guide our developing infrastructure, as well as lend hands-on technical support to colleagues across the US and Canada.

As Coforma grows, so do our technology needs. We use a variety of mostly SaaS applications and platforms that require focused, knowledgeable administration. At the same time, we’re always improving and evolving. With that in mind, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our existing infrastructure while finding new ways to enhance our capabilities.

You will be a champion for reliable, stress-free technology and bring hands-on experience turning long-term goals into actionable plans and solutions.

Because the IT Director will provide support and work directly with users across all levels of our company, exceptional communication skills and a customer service mindset are must-haves. Though this role is fully remote, you will be expected to keep working hours that closely align with the ET timezone.

Let’s work together to build and support an organization dedicated to delivering software and services that make a positive impact.

Due to the sensitive nature of this role, the final candidate will be required to undergo a background check. Additionally, this role may be subject to a US federal clearance at a later date.
