The Opportunity

Delaware North Global Headquarters is hiring a Director of IT Business Relationship Management to join our information technology team. As a Director of IT Business Relationship Management, you will serve as the primary point of contact and the IT advocate for the business. This includes defining success, driving subsidiary objectives and priorities, along with managing communication cadences and strategies will be the responsibility of the business relationship management leader. The role will also own the framework for defining a solution and setting the definition for success for each solution roll out, along with bearing responsibility for verifying success after launch and proceeding forward based on that data set.

This position is remote with business travel.

Compensation for this position ranges between $160,000- $180,000 / year depending on experience, plus a generous bonus incentive and benefit package.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy based on direction from company leaders and shared commitments.
• Influence stakeholders and IT colleagues driving to optimal enterprise-wide IT and business solutions.
• Ensure transparency between IT and the business, defining communication strategies, structures, and cadence for consistency.
• Work with IT Ops, IT Planning, Product, and Engineering to lay out and prioritize solution deployments.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to ensure solutions are succeeding.
• Work with leaders to use key performance indicators, driving continual improvement to processes, communication, and solution delivery.
• Influence and negotiate internally and externally with great latitude on outcomes, building collaborative relationships.
• Work with IT Ops, IT Planning, Product, and Engineering to lay out and prioritize solution deployments.
  
  Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to ensure solutions are succeeding.
• Partner with the business and other IT areas to provide IT input on requests for proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Five or more years of leadership experiencemanaging relationships between organizations.
• Experience with and understanding of hospitality or sports concessions industries and structures, with a working knowledge of hospitality and post of sale solutions, including working with leading edge vendors.
• Experience defining strategy, planning, communicating, and getting buy-in across teams.
• Ability to develop teams and communicate job expectations; assemble and coordinate teams; assign responsibilities, plan, monitor, measure, and appraise job results to measurable goals and detect potential performance problems, provide feedback for corrective action.
• Experience managing multiple diverse business stakeholders, setting expectations, and establishing confidence and accountability.
• History collaborating with diverse stakeholders, managing competing agendas and priorities, and translating complex information across internal and external audiences.
