The Team
The IT Business Operations team is focused on driving change and enabling the IT Organization as its scales. We are a trusted partner & advisor to our counterparts throughout IT and the organization. We do that by focusing on strategic alignment, operational excellence, and investment in talent. Come join the IT Business Operations team and be a part of this transformation!
The Role
In this role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of programs and key initiatives on the People side of our business. As the IT Talent and Enablement lead, you will partner with our HR Business Partners and the IT Leadership team to focus on the continued development, enablement and engagement of our people. Some of the key scope areas include Early in Career, DIBs, Learning and Enablement, Career Development, and Culture.
What you get to do in this role:
Envision and establish a strategic, multi-year Talent & Enablement roadmap to maintain and further accelerate the practices and culture that make IT a great place to work.
Prioritize and develop IT Talent Enablement programs aimed to provide leadership opportunities, training, and engagement opportunities to the global IT organization.
Design and implement all programming, working closely with other members of the cross functional IT Business Operations team, Global Talent, and Corp Comms, as well as SMEs throughout IT.
Manage the creation and distribution of tools, resources, and best practices that are used to plan and execute IT talent development and career growth.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role:
You have experience in and knowledge of core Talent and Culture management programs and leading practices
You are passionate about people and talent, and the importance of driving a well-balanced portfolio of programs to support and activate our employees.
You are comfortable leading in both visionary strategic planning as well as day to day operations and execution.
You are self-motivated and a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment who can prioritize and pivot accordingly to the current work demands
You are able to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to groups at all levels and have the ability to answer questions with poise and confidence
You have a strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, and the willingness to lean in to deliver results

Work Personas
Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.
Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
