Please review the following job description:

Direct and lead the development, deployment and reinforcement of the enterprise Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) sales strategy, communications, processes and tools that position Truist teammates as engaged advocates and master practitioners of IRM. Partner with lines of business (LOBs) to make it easy and effective for teammates to support, engage and execute on IRM, thereby driving client centric solutions rooted in touch and technology. Serve as a consultant to the corporation and represent IRM as a Center of Excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
The role of Director of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) Strategy is to develop a strategic approach to IRM stages of execution through awareness, education, adoption, measurement, CRM, and automation.
1. Awareness:
a. Partner with Sales Optimization Administration to advance IRM culture, principles, and common language across enterprise.
b. Coordinate communication between LOB initiatives to synchronize IRM strategies across the enterprise.
c. Direct and reinforce an enterprise-wide IRM execution beginning with a consistent vision that places the focus on our clients' financial goals.
2. Education:
a. Serve as a key partner with Truist University to direct training strategies that support IRM.
b. Work with enablement and change management teams to incorporate IRM within LOBs.
c. Partner on the integration of our IRM functionality in Salesforce.com deployments.
d. Coordinate corporate communications integrated across the enterprise as it relates to IRM and any initiatives within the LOB.
e. Visit and consult with LOBs/Regions to train and implement IRM.
3. Adoption:
a. Partner with LOBs/Regions and sales enablement teams to ensure IRM adoption.
b. Establishment and delivery of regional/LOB specific IRM forums.
c. Establishment and delivery of best practices across LOBs/Regions.
d. Implement IRM playbooks within LOBs/Regions.
e. Ensure utilization of technology resources within LOBs/Regions.
4. Measurement:
a. Sponsor and engage in enterprise-wide IRM reporting.
b. Track and report referrals, opportunities, and revenue for IRM actions across the enterprise.
c. Partner with LOBs/Regions to establish IRM metrics and determine areas of focus.
d. Evaluate product penetration to determine opportunities and success across the enterprise.
5. CRM:
a. Consult with and be a liaison between CRM technology teams and users to ensure the success of IRM within the system.
b. Work with technology teams to deploy IRM strategies through CRM.
c. Incorporate new companion technology tools to optimize IRM within enterprise.
6. Automation:
a. Design strategies by partnering with and understanding data and analytics to deepen IRM and drive through acceleration teams.
b. Leverage data and analytics to increase wallet share through IRM opportunities.
c. Identify and research technology to boost sales productivity in LOBs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business-related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Twelve years of banking experience, with some sales experience
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in interactions with Senior and Executive Management; strong ability to influence the executive decision process
4. Excellent people management skills; ability to manage a diverse level of skills and experiences across the organization in a team oriented environment
5. Mindset to independently learn new technologies and applications
6. Excellent conceptual/strategic thinking skills with the ability to see the big picture and deal with complex situations that require sound judgment and minimum supervision
7. Strong consultative skills, combined with exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability
8. Excellent conceptual/strategic thinking skills with the ability to see the big picture and deal with complex situations that require sound judgment and minimum supervision
9. Demonstrated ability to effect significant change in an organization
10. Demonstrated ability to consult with, and influence, Executive and Senior level management
11. Advanced ability to support idea orientation and creativity
12. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
13. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in business or related discipline
2. Salesforce Certification or equivalent experience
