Job Details

As a member of the Strategy & Innovation team, you will shape the future direction of business in India by working directly with executives and cross-functional senior leaders on critical projects. You will work with team members across functions, regions, and roles to solve critical problems to further drive our customers' success and growth.

You will be at the core of Salesforce's multi-year journey to shift from a product-centric to customer-centric selling, by integrating Customer Objectives into all aspects of our go-to-market approach and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver on key goals based on data-driven analysis, experience and insights
  • Lead the scoping, problem-solving and stakeholder management for high-priority initiatives
  • Track progress on these key initiatives
  • Identify additional areas of opportunity for growth, develop plans and mobilize stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent practical experience in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
  • 8 years of relevant work experience in consulting, software, internet and/or media industries.
  • Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level. Comfort with large data sets and strong data analytics skills.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead senior cross-functional stakeholders/partners and influence executive decision making, while navigating a complex organizational dynamics.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
