Job Description

We are looking for a Director of Information Systems to work cross-functionally within our organization spearheading a broad range of projects including system development and improvement, data consolidation, and asset tracking in order to in optimize business practices internally. 

Responsibilities

  • Own the tracking of Locus’s growing robot fleet and associated equipment, including the development of requirements, systems, and tools for cross-functional stakeholder users 
  • Partner with sales operations, marketing operations, and finance to implement and drive end-to-end automation across various internal Locus functions and systems which use common data to ensure data consistency
  • Work cross-functionally with customer success, IT, contracting, engineering, and operations to ensure stakeholder needs are met
  • Understand Locus’s existing tools and infrastructure and leverage data from these systems, as necessary, to achieve the above outcomes
  • Assist with the management of Locus’s short-term bot subscription program
  • Define and lead other projects in conjunction with the Locus operations team to ensure strong asset utilization
  • Lead other resources, as needed, to ensure success
  • Participate in audits

 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in a technology startup or consulting firm
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, tools, and integrations
  • Strong ability to partner cross-functionally, inclusive of customer success, IT, contracting, engineering, and operations 
  • Prior NetSuite, Salesforce and Asana experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
