What you will do

• The Director of Health Solutions Operations is a key member of the Circulo Health team who will build and manage multiple primary health regional service operations. This role will ensure that our operations are scalable, anticipate our members’ needs, efficient and effective.
• Leads planning, development, and implementation of operational plans to build primary health solutions for our members
• Build and support the operational resources and to enable each regional operation 
• Ensure that each regional operation, mobile facility, and in-person facility is equipped with the necessary tools, technology and supplies to support our operations 
• Build centralized operational processes leveraging and evolving our next-generation health information technology
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, training and optimization of the team in each region
• Support regional leaders in their day-to-day responsibilities
• Collaborate with our facilities, accounting, and talent functions to ensure best practices are carried forward in each region

Who we are looking for

• A unique blend of a start-up mindset, creative and innovative thinking, with technical insight and operations experience in health care service organizations - ideally those that provide primary care
• An agile team player who thrives in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Minimum of 15 years experience in a health service operations setting
• Experienced leader of high performing teams with a “servant leader” mindset
• Strong communication and relationship skills with demonstrated success partnering with clinical and para-clinical team focused
• Adaptable, organized, efficient, independent self-starter and problem-solver
• Champion for the Circulo’s primary health solutions operations and culture, fostering a positive team environment
• Cultivate collaboration, shared decision-making, and partnering across teams
• This is a remote role with travel required
