Guild is hiring a Director, GTM Systems and Tools. This is a leadership role reporting into our SVP of GTM Strategy, Operations & Enablement. In this role you will define systems & infrastructure strategy as well as the business requirement for all GTM teams within Guild, and be responsible for developing processes, systems and infrastructure that boost GTM productivity and efficiency.
As Director, GTM Systems and Tools you will:
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (across Sales, Solutions Design, Strategic Alliances, Marketing, Client Services) to understand their business problems and define solutions/requirements for the Biz Apps team
- influence and manage a sales technology strategy to scale ahead of the business’ needs, ensuring that the strategy takes into account the full sales and marketing funnel.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize go-to-market team performance
- Prioritize competing requirements by estimating and measuring the business impact of new features
- Develop KPIs to measure efficiency of system usage while tracking ongoing delivery against GTM strategy
- Hire, Manage and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
- Troubleshoot and continuously refine/improve the Systems and Tools suite within Guild
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of all advertising data
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- 8+ years experience in a Systems & Tooling focused role (e.g. Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations)
- Proven ability to hire, lead and develop talent into a successful team
- Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to communicate the right level of information to executives and cross-functional teams at the right cadence
- Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity and willingness to take ownership of sophisticated problems
- Proven proficiency in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems of all levels of complexity, prioritizing critical client issues and identifying team needs
- Extensive first-hand experience with progressive sales automation systems and demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
- Deep experience in technical implementations across CRM, Order Management Systems, data analytics tools, reporting management and sales prospecting tools
- Experience in hyper-growth, rapidly evolving environments preferred
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $165,000- $198,000, as well as company stock options.
