The GTM Operations team serves as a critical partner to our organization’s ambitious growth plans, as well as ​​meeting their aggressive revenue and customer retention goals.


The ideal candidate has a passion for driving the health of our business, using data, process optimization, tools, and culture to drive impact. The scope of this role includes functional ownership for performance health (forecast & pipeline), systems & tools, commissions, and strategic program management (cross-functional interlock). In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be able to balance strategic programs that build the foundation for our growth, while helping the organization execute the tactics that impact today. 


This role will report to the VP of GTM Operations. They will work closely with our organization, across Marketing, Sales, Services, and Customer Success teams to deliver greater value to our customers.

What you'll do

  • Sales Forecasting - Drive continuous improvement and accuracy by optimizing our forecasting methodology and bringing standardization to operating cadences including weekly forecast and metric reviews in addition to monthly and quarterly go-to-market business reviews.
  • Sales Enablement & Performance Management - Identify strategic product, market, and customer analyses trends that will elevate the overall growth trajectory of the business; support annual planning cycles including customer segmentation analysis, Sales and Customer Success coverage model, quota-setting, incentive plan design, territory design, and cascading our financial plan.
  • Sales Process - Lead cross-functional efforts to design & refresh processes, workflows, capabilities, and automation that manage key revenue-related activities, such as white-space mapping, account intelligence, and renewal processes.
  • Systems & Tools - Own the GTM operations stack in order to provide telemetry and process optimization to the business. Work closely with cross-functional leaders to vet and translate business objectives and needs into systems requirements, business justification, business outcomes and timelines, and articulate and manage the impact on the business. 
  • Data Intelligence - Work with the data warehouse team to establish a business intelligence function that delivers insights across all customer-facing teams (Marketing, Pre- and Post-Sales)

What you'll need

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM operations and strategy ideally in a SaaS, Enterprise market-- more breadth than traditional sales operations with experience supporting marketing and Customer Success/Account Management 
  • Experience managing sales forecasting, reporting, sales technology administration, enablement, and Performance Management
  • A blend of the: “Science of GTM operations”: technically savvy enough to manage tools around forecast management, pipeline generation and progression, reporting, quota, territory design, overarching booking, and revenue reporting; and “Art of GTM operations”: driving high impact initiatives simultaneously, holding yourself and various stakeholders accountable for decisions and results; demonstrating excellence in influencing and managing change across a distributed team
  • A high degree of proficiency in the architecture and ongoing management of the operations tech stack. Salesforce experience desired
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-growing environment with ambiguity and solving complex problems with limited resources
  • An ability to seamlessly transition from the high level to very detailed, and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves”
  • Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-functional teams

If you are a Colorado applicant:

- The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $160,000 - 200,000.

- For Sales positions: this role is eligible to earn commissions and eligible to participate in ASAPP's equity plan.

- For Non-Sales positions: this role is eligible to participate in ASAPP's equity plan.

The actual salary may be different depending upon non-discriminatory factors such as qualifications, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
