The Commercial Engines Aftermarket Supply Chain Organization has an opportunity for a Director, GTF Supply Chain. This is a position requiring interaction with other departments and with various levels of leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the teams performing the competitive bidding and negotiating of repair contracts within the GTF networks
  • Lead the team that operationalizes the tools needed by the GTF network that ensure compliance to the established repair contracts in place
  • Coordinate activities with the Industrial Team to ensure priorities are clearly communicated and that constraints receive the proper visibility
  • Lead the development of the Repair SIOP organization and integrate its activities into the operation of the organization
  • Coordinate activities across other disciplines within the Aftermarket Supply Chain Organization
  • Sit on the leadership team for the Aftermarket Supply Chain organization, contributing on various topics and initiatives


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 14+ years of supply chain, engineering or operations experience; OR advanced degree and 12+ years of supply chain, engineering, or operations experience
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate activities across the organization


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree
  • Strong Procurement experience
  • Possess excellent judgment and professional maturity
  • Strong desire to succeed and pursue personal growth and developmental opportunities
  • Ability to solve complex business problems
