The Director, Graphics Management leads the North America Operating Unit's (NAOU) Graphics team which houses system expertise to deliver visually aesthetic, high quality packaging graphics consistent with the Brand vision and the Consumer's expectation.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Supervise Print production and color separation across packages under the umbrella of The Coca-Cola Company.
  • Manage performance of internal / external resource responsible for developing production ready artwork for all branded packaging initiatives.
  • Develop and implement technology, tools and systems that supports the packaging development and commercialization processes, as well as the tracking of all branded packaging initiatives.
  • Adapts graphic designs in a printable format
  • Ensures all TCCC branded packages are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Maintains trademark stewardship, design integrity and consistency of TCCC brands and colors through the Quality Packaging Color Standards and Tolerances.
  • The team consists of 15 SMEs and contractors that handle the end-to-end graphics process, including commercialization and governance.
  • Establish connections with each stakeholder function to ensure the scope of work is identified, prioritized and aligned.
  • Push for continuous improvement on the graphics cycle time while ensuring excellent results at optimum cost.
  • Bringing innovation in the graphics quality and consumer engagement.
  • Communicate with external partners to innovate and deliver best possible graphics. This includes sharing needs, seeking information, and negotiating collaboration.
  • Communicate internally with brand teams, technical commercialization, procurement, and project teams to align plans and ensure flawless end to end delivery.
  • Influence the innovation pipeline by bringing new solutions and co-creating delivery plans.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Printing Management
  • 10 years experience in a technical innovation/governance role
  • 5 years experience managing a large team of SMEs to deliver a complex pipeline with multiple stakeholders required.
