The Role

The Director of Facilities will oversee all physical spaces at Circulo and be responsible for site evaluations, renovation and construction supervision, as well as on-going maintenance. The Director of Facilities will travel across the state of Ohio (of note) and be a strategic advisor to operators as we open offices, primary health locations, and residential homes at a rapid pace throughout 2022 (80+ new spaces expected this year). The role will be based in central Ohio (Columbus) and report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Who we are looking for

• 10+ years of professional work experience including 7+ years of experience in facilities, property management (commercial and/or residential), construction, or similar areas
• Energetic leader with a passion for renovating and maintaining physical spaces
• Organized and persistent professional who will hold contractors, partners, and service providers to timelines and deliverables
• Creative facilities leader with ability to re-imagine physical spaces and deliver on the space needs of various stakeholders for various purposes
• People person who can partner across the organization
• Adaptable individual with ability to shift priorities on a moments notice
• Comfortable tackling facilities issues (e.g. broken pipe, water damage, construction issues, etc.) and resolution oriented 
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, with ~75% of travel being within Ohio

What you will do

• Oversee all company facilities, including (by 12/31/2022) 10+ offices, 10+ primary health locations (e.g. clinics), and over 75+ residential homes for clients we serve 
• Visit locations, determine maintenance and capital improvement needs, manage renovations and construction timelines, and advise operators on a daily basis
• Serve as the company’s go-to resource for all facilities related items including assistance on acquisition of spaces, renovations, maintenance, and monitoring
• Develop a facilities headcount plan for the facilities organization based on business needs and a 30-45 day initial assessment 
• Manage a multitude of partners, contractors, service providers as needed. 
• Collaborate with business and operations team members on facility and construction related projects.
