Position Overview

Successful candidate will provide client relationship management and account development consulting to key IQVIA non-profit clients through proactive and ongoing customer engagement(s) with senior executives and managers in the client organization. Candidate will also grow revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities utilizing the full set of IQVIA offerings.

The Large Enterprise Consultant (LEC) will provide strategic leadership at the enterprise level for large functional partnerships or multi-functional relationships within IHP and USHCS. LEC serves as "Gatekeeper" for assigned account(s) and coordinates all go-to-market account activities and communication closely with other IQVIA teams (Consulting, Real World Networks, Technology, Real World Solutions/Services, Medical Affairs, etc.).

Key Background Required of All Candidates (must have all five):

1. Must have worked with complex enterprise IT products, services, enablement, consulting, and/or change management. Tech-heavy background needs to be first criteria along with the C-Suite skills to maintain high credibility at enterprise/systems level.
2. Must have experience collaborating with top management teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, expand partnership, strengthen the overall relationship, and ensure consistency and alignment from pitch to delivery.
3. Must have worked at C-Suite/BOD level and be able to translate concepts down into executable/actionable vision and tactics across a wide range of offerings and solutions.
4. Must have acted as advisor on complex data challenges across a range of solutions and multiple technologies by connecting market research and industry trends to assigned product, consulting, or service capabilities.
5. Must be able to show a demonstrable background in gaining intimate knowledge of the client and meeting their challenges with innovative ideas in order to provide end-to-end solutions, to grow the size, duration & value of contracts over time, and to develop and close opportunities.

Essential Functions• Provides subject matter expertise to help form strategic relationships with senior-level customer contacts and senior leaders across IQVIA.• Anticipates clients' needs and, in collaboration with IQVIA marketing, sales specialists, consulting, technology, Real World Solutions/Services and Medical Affairs resulting in new integrated solutions, business opportunities and expanded partnerships.• Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with sales management team and Client Service's management to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.• Participates in contract renewal efforts on large existing contracts.• Ensures clients are getting maximum value from existing services to which they subscribe, by liaising with the client to agree and define requirements by conducting regular business and service reviews with clients and internal teams.• Lead the development of account specific strategies that align operations, sales and corporate development with that of the customer. • Leads internal escalation meetings to ensure quick response to any quality concerns or customer escalations, ensuring appropriate representatives from stakeholders and operational management are involved as appropriate.• Reviews and oversees program budget(s) to meet financial and company goals proactively ensure adherence to change control processes.• Participates in market research and competitive analysis activities that provide information in support of the business needs analysis process and strategic account management.• Provides effective senior representation of IQVIA in high visibility forums e.g. Joint Committees, Joint Operations Teams, etc. representing IQVIA with the highest level of professionalism.• Responsible at program level for compliance with agreed upon service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality and value standards through continuous oversight.
