The individual in this role will bring an ambitious spirit and a consistent track record for cultivating and developing accounts. This individual has the ability to flex between thinking strategically and maintaining relationships to getting deep into problem solving operational solutions to deliver back to the account.
A high-impact role, the new Director will have the opportunity to drive significant change in both the short and long term for GRAIL. This role would have the opportunity to lead a portfolio of clients over time and potentially a small internal team to support efforts, if applicable.

- Have a broad set of responsibilities that will encompass the following:
- Own and maintain a positive relationship with a large enterprise technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products.
- Become a trusted strategic advisor to the account, staying on top of current and future healthcare trends in benefits
- Lead an internal cross-functional team to deliver an effective programs, including but not limited to customer sales team, operations, legal, finance, marketing, business development, and product management team implementation
- Responsible for the operational excellence of the program offering, seeking opportunities to continuously refine the program by soliciting feedback, identifying and prioritizing solutions to address feedback, and adhere to ongoing risk mitigation strategies with account
- Responsible for developing and delivering key client deliverables which includes program operational success metrics and quarterly outcomes reports and the analysis and recommendations for additional areas for growth and development
- Oversee executive sponsorship, scorecards, roles and responsibilities, with GRAIL’s operational team that will highlight the health of GRAIL’s operational delivery or risks that need executive oversight and resolution; prepare quarterly partner updates for senior leadership both within GRAIL and the partner organization.
- Act as Joint Steering Committee member or support other Executives as JSC member, as directed.
- Establish input and feedback channels to gather needs and priorities from various functions and the leadership team, while also adding their own view of opportunities.
- Facilitate the on-going development of GRAIL’s partnership strategy & run the overall program with broad cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and implement shared interpersonal practices that will lead to common decisions and processes – some unique to the partnership.
Your background should include:
- At least 10 years of broad-based, progressive experience with partner management in the software industry and Bachelor’s Degree required
- Commercial and business development healthcare leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of success
- Experience working with executives and constituencies.
- Ability to have a strong leadership presence and comfortable interfacing within the “C-suite.”
- Can develop and drive large, enterprise, deal campaigns with prospective clients including initial relationship development, business case building, deal negotiation, and closing.
- Leverage data, healthcare knowledge, and relationships within the industry to secure major business partnerships.
- Can enhance revenue opportunities through consultative selling.
- Ability to effectively drive strategy, decision making, revenue, and pipeline accountability through data.
- Capability to lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve tremendous results around revenue growth.
- Architecting a clear narrative around value delivery to the customer, the GRAIL platform, and the importance of GRAIL’s mission.
- A consistent track record of working effectively in a product and customer first technology company with rapid change and growth.
- Strategic ability to explore new revenue streams and find opportunities for GRAIL to diversify its offering and customer base.
- Project management experience: ability to multi-task and prioritize to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
