The Role

This role will lead the strategy and execution of the Education function and will report directly to the Head of Educate and Customer Support. The Director of Education will be an innovative problem solver, knowledgeable in adult learning and training tactics, and will drive the continued growth of the Ceros educational offering - all while leading with a passion for creating superb customer experiences. This role will create and maintain our large catalog of customer education offerings, while constantly identifying new opportunities and finding more ways to efficiently reach more users. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop content calendar and maintain steady flow of content for Ceros Educate site 
  • Identify key areas of opportunity to grow educational offerings and execute on their implementation
  • Develop unique ways to maximize our customer reach through highly efficient means
  • Continue to grow our educational offerings - videos, small group trainings, knowledge base articles, webinars - while also exploring other avenues to reach customers more effectively
  • Partner with various stakeholders in organization to continually assess our offerings and strive to exceed their needs
  • Evaluate current Education and Training offerings, and create a plan to update and optimize 
  • Work with stakeholders to develop webinar schedule and facilitate each session
  • Develop certification program for Ceros clients

Practical stuff we anticipate you having:

  • Experience managing people a must
  • Wordpress experience a must
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Experience developing learning programs. LMS experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills in all forms
  • Ability to develop clear plans, drive processes and implement procedures at scale
  • Experience hosting webinars

  • This is a remote first role with the ability to work on east coast time; travel periodically to our NY offices
