WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for a Director of Global Digital support to lead a distributed team 24x7, 7 days a week. This role will be responsible for all hiring, financial management, innovation, automation and be responsible for key applications like Nike.com, NRC, SNKRS, and daily support of our Commerce and fulfillment orders. Will partner with GEO leads and lead the global strategy.

The candidate will have a broad operational background and experiencing working globally. Strong incident/problem management background and ServiceNow experience and familiar with various ways of working including ITSM, DevOps, and Lean principles. Ability to prioritize, lead and empower team members and work at all levels in the organization. Preference for background in digital, global, and with experience in order fulfillment, retail, and end to end workflows with product owners. Solid background handling contracts with third-party suppliers.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will work with the Senior Director, Technical Services and be working with the leaders and teams in each geography for Digital Support. You will be responsible for coordinating planning and operations work with each functional leader from Bangalore and leading a small budget. You will be responsible to handle the key suppliers to meet SLA's and operations requirements and drive automation to lower our cost to serve.

WHAT YOU BRING?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology, or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training. Master's degree preferred
  • 10 years of experience in a global operations company
  • Certification in DevOps, Agile, ITSM , Lean preferred
  • Ability to lead complex projects, broad technology background
  • Proven track record of fiscal budget management with bold efficiency targets
  • Leadership experience with AI/ML, Service Now, and Automation preferred
  • Strong communication skills and financial acumen
  • Experience with executive presentations, data and metrics management, and ability to work on ambiguous situations with little or no mentorship
  • Experience with OKR's or goals based leadership also preferred
