This role requires a strong organizer, operator, and consensus-builder. You will interface with dozens of senior stakeholders to solidify go-to-market (GTM) processes across our regions and Sales Channels. This role will bring structure to how we operate, plan and drive strategic initiatives to completion. Driving consistency in operations, constant business planning, analysis, and global alignment to key partner metrics will be critical in this role. And lastly, of course, a penchant for living Anaplan’s core values daily!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive efficiency in how we go-to-market with Cloud Partnership and in non-direct Sales Channels.
  • Partner with GTM IT team (SFDC), Partner Operations and Anaplan’s data analytics team to enhance system support and functionality around Cloud
  • Serve as both Business Lead and Project Manager for many new GTM initiatives: focus on data and pipeline management, lead sharing/routing with Partners, system and process design, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with partners and internal customers on enablement and roll-out for program and initiatives.
  • Create internal capabilities that allow Global Partner Organization (GPO) to execute on Partner-specific business plans tailored by route to markets and Sales Region.
  • Partner closely with Commercial Operations leader to ensure new GTM routes-to-market can be operationalized and cleanly transacted within Anaplan’s existing sales and financial systems.
  • Building trust, credibility & relevance with Regional Field Operations Leadership
  • Driving strategic alignment between our Partners & Anaplan Field Teams to improve collective impact and success.
  • Ability to drive critical initiatives to completion, in a cross functional environment

Your Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Enterprise level work experience with GTM strategy or operations
  • at a technology company (or similar). Preferred candidates will have a
  • combination of and operations experience and enablement and will have
  • supported a launch and roll-out of new GTM channels.
  • Experience in GTM strategy, enablement, and operational topics in an Enterprise SaaS environment a strong preference.
  • Experience creating reporting capabilities in SFDC and/or Anaplan a strong plus.
  • Ideally performed in a very similar role, with a similar remit/charter for an extended period and demonstrated sustained results.
  • Effective at establishing relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions.
  • Experience working on large initiatives from framing the problem, collecting user requirements and stories, building solutions, and conducting UAT with end users
  • Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfort in business and technical discussions.
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
